Feuilletine and Toblerone® Macarons

These macarons were coloured using ~ 1 tbsp of cocoa powder, sprinkled with feuilletine, and sandwiched with a ganache made from Toblerone (180g), cream (120g) and Feuilletine (~ 5 tbsp to add texture).

275 g icing sugar
140 g ground almonds
4 egg whites (~120g)

325 g bitter chocolate

Macaron Video on YouTube

I found this really good macaron video on YouTube - it's in French, but the closest I've found to showing you how to make macarons successfully.
